Video Drivers?Q?Q?Q?

Ok well Ive installed the whole thing, but when I came to the video driver part I couldnt figure out which one to pick. I have a nVidia Geforce 3 Graphics Card. Is there a way to download a new driver via linux or do I have to do it through windows and burn it to a cd. If I have to do the burning to a cd part how would I get the driver from the cd to linux? Or am I just totally lost and I NEED to pick one of the drivers listed?

I thank anyone who posts anwsers to my questions. Please if someone has already anwsered and you contridict them or have something to add, please post it. Thanks a lot.

Just go to Nvidia's website and click the link to download drivers, select Linux as your OS and download away. There are very good instructions that are on the same page as the driver, make sure you read and understand them before installing - the process is simple, but does require you to do a few things.
