video changes


how do i change refresh rate for my screen ?
also how do i choose my monitor(display) from
a list ?(and if the list hasnt got it where do i
get a bigger list and how do i put that on to
find it ?)

doesn't Mandriva use a control center thing for that?? if not look for /etc/X11/xorg.conf and you can change the refresh rate there...MAKE A BACKUP OF THAT FILE BEFORE EDITING IT!!!!!!!!!
