VGA (Intel 852/855 Centrino) Drivers Needed!

I recently got a DELL Latitude D500 (Intel Centrino based) with Intel 852/855 VGA Chipset and Built In Wireless LAN Adapter. I installed RED HAT Linux 9 on it. The VGA is not working properly, as it show only a mere portion of the Desktop or you can say the Icons and Toolbar are very huge. And then, the wireless LAN card is also not working. How can I get away with it. What drivers I need and where? What commands are helpful?
