VGA CARD and Network card Failure

(Dear all, i have completed installing the linux system on my pc but i hav encounter a few problems .The first problem is the system could not recognize the VGA card which is ProSavage DDR 2D/3D Video Accelerator. Does linux support this ? If it does i have manage to download the linux driver for this VGA card to a floppy ,so how do i install it from the floppy? And the other question is the system fail to load eth0 how do i change or install the network card driver while the operating system is still running on text mode. Please reply i really need your guys help in this. Thank You very much)

I am using Redhat Linux 7.2.
