You want a partitioner or a utility to free up your partitioned HD space?

I don't know about free ones, but Partition Magic is very good in doing this. A search in google might lead to some useful results ;)

I tried google, but the only free ones were too early for VFAT. I haven't partitioned yet, I don't have a program

You can use fips - it's on Linux installation cds (nearly every distro or version).

Is it on the redhat 9.0 download? thats what I'm going to use.

My guess is 'yes' (I've not tried myself, but it's there since I remember).
