very basic question

Hi,
I tried searching on google about this, but being still confused, i would appreciate if someone could point me in the right direction..
when i #mount /mnt/cdrom
i get:
mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/cdroms/cdrom0,
or too many mounted file systems
i have mounted and umounted it before.. whats wrong now?
/Louisa

Are you trying to load an audio CD?
If so look at this:

Look at what isajera said:
Just open 'grip' or ny other CD player, and it'll work.
