Exclamation using video ipod with suse 10.1


how can i install my video ipod on suse 10.1 or how can i put video files on it and also how can i put audio files on my ipod.???? i would apreciate the help.

You could try something lke GTKPod (http://www.gtkpod.org) or I have a feeling that Amarok now supports syncing with an iPod (although I haven't tried either of these as I don't have one)

ok gtkpod works for some audio files not all most of the audio files worked and went on my ipod also i could not get any video files on my ipod so thats the only problem no video files worked and some audio files didnt work either

Are the files that won't copy any particular format (eg. OGG Vorbis or WMA?), because the iPod only supports MP4 and AAC (without Rockbox). Also, according to this thread http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...ght=iPod+video GTKPod does support copying M4Vs.

Does anyone know about getting open source software with ogg vorbis codecs on the ipod? I was told about it a while ago and given a website.
