Using Nautilus to Do a Drill Down Search

Hello,

I am trying to use the Natilus File Browser to search the entire drive for a specific file but it only seems to search the current directory. How do I set it to search the entire drive. If it cannot do that, could someone provide an example of the find command in the terminal window to search the entire drive?

Thank You,
Bluetrane
