Exclamation Using Konsole Behind Proxy Server

OK, I'd like to use Konsole. The problem is that I'm connected to the internet through a proxy. So when I run any command in Konsole, it tries to directly access the net, instead of accessing through my proxy server. I can't find any settings in Konsole itself to change proxy settings, so I need to know where I can change the settings at to make it connect through my proxy. Yes, i'm a complete newbie, so yes, this may be a dumb question. So, some help please?
