Using GRUB to load a windows bootable USB?!
 
Hi if anyone can help i would be so greatful. i installed ubuntu on my Netbook and now i want to go back to windows. problem is that whenever i try to boot from USB, GRUB takes over and loads ubuntu again... Please help me somehow get windows back on my machine....


Its a netbook so i dont have a cd or floppy tray...

Does the netbook have a bootmenu? try F11 or F2 or something to that effect, another solution is to go into the BIOS and switch the device order so USB boots first (you need to have it plugged in when doing so)
also make sure the USB drive is bootible (it contains a bootsector)
