Using Disk Qouta....

i created a extented partition on my disk using "fdisk /dev/sda" as /dev/sda5 and mounted one folder over it using webmin...then i deleted the partition and tried to make new partition..now even after mounting mounted folder is present...how to unmount it in order make a new folder mounted..
