using Apt-get with outher distros such as Mandrake?

I have been reading about Apt-get and it looks like it works with SuSE. Can anybody direct me to how-to or a FAQ as to how to install it on Mandrake? thanx.

download an rpm for aptget from one of those rpm finder sites like

http://rpm.pbone.net/

then you can install it and start using it
