Using a printer (Canon LBP-800)

I've two questions: in FC3, how can I install software to use a printer? In my case, I've a Canon LBP-800, that seems to be difficultly supported. Do you know how can I use it?

Thank you ;)

From the looks of this it appears you won't have much luck.

I see... But when I boot my machine, new hardware search found my printer and tell me it was configured. In fact, when I disconnect device, it asks me if I want to keep configuration or leave it out. Doen't it mean printer is configured properly? I thougth I just need to configure it for using in X... Maybe I'm wrong... :°(

It may be possible to communicate with it on a low level, but unlikely to get it configured properly.
good luck.
