Username registration problem in up2date of RH9

Hi, I just ran the up2date in RH9 and filled in the registration etc. When it tries and submits the information to the Red Hat network, it says problem registering username. At first, I thought that the problem lay in the choice of the username and that it might have already been taken . Then I typed in a random sequence of letters for username several times and I always got the same error.

Some other thread asked the users to install an rpm but I cant seem to find it.

I don't beleive Redhat is supporting Redhat 9 anymore. They moved from the consumer to the enterprise market. The consumer market is now supported by the fedora project. Earlier versions of Redhat (I think from Redhat 7.3 on up) are supported by Fedora Legacy.
