user root can not install software on pc!
 

Now, I have completed to install openldap and samba doing Primary Domain Controller for my
company. I have problem as: PC joined domain then can not install new
software althought use root -user. How to configure to user root or
users of domain admin can install or config at pc(personal computer joined PDC) as the same windows
can do.

How you are becoming "root" ?
And are you in front of the computer or using ssh ?
