user privilege
 

Dear all,

We are running RHEL AS 4. We have a requirement to create a OS user who should not have any privilege in the server (i.e not even any system commands he should be able to user like df-h,whoami)

The user should have complete access to only one directory alone .Apart from that he should not have
any access.
