user and group wizard doesnt work

i have Redhat Linux 8.0
Well the problem is that its user and group wizard doesn't work.
i have reinstalled the package a couple of time but it still doesn't work. And since im a newbie to Linux so i don't want to use the commands to add user in the console.

Are there any other such wizards or tools to manage users and groups.

What do you mean by "doesn't work"?
1) Doesn't start?
2) Generates an error and fails?
3) Doesn't create users although it says it does?
4) None of the above?
