Use of end-of-line character in Emacs searches

Hi! I would like to know how to introduce the end-of-line character in Emacs searches.
So for instance, if I wanted to look for lines starting with the letter 'c'
(after Ctrl-s to start the search) I would introduce something like 'end-of-line c' replacing 'end-of-line' with some appropriate string. Is this possible?
Thanks

Copy the end of line and paste it into the search buffer. I do that a lot.
