I have RHEL6 and want to listen to iHeart radio from my computer.
When I installed the Adobe Flash player 11 plug in, my computer actually played music from the green speaker jack. When I closed out of iHeart radio, it caused a kernel crash warning which I reported. Now I cannot hear any music again from iHeart radio even though I can hear audio from the green speaker jack from YouTube and advertisements.

Q1. How can I get iHeart radio to work?
Q2. Like my windows machine, can I get the USB Speaker to play audio in lieu of the green speaker jack? or is it just better to just use the green speaker jack?

I don't know where to start.

RH is not a good choice for multimedia. The crash may have been any number of data or hardware issues. The jack may have been damaged.

Boot to a live cd and see if it works normally.

If this is some commercial or business system, you are risking your data by going to any un-needed sites. That site should have been blocked.
