USB Flash + Grub + DSL + Windows + ERD Commander

I have an interesting little project going on.

I have an 8gb PNY Attache USB Flash Drive and I'm trying to make it kinda like a custom boot disk.

I want to have a menu option (something like Grub???) to be able to

1 - Boot into ERD Commander off the USB Flash
2 - Boot into DSL (or another lightweight distro) Off the flash
3 - Boot into Windows on the local hard drive (c:/)

So far I've been able to get ERD Commander to boot on the flash - but thats it. I also need the flash to be accessible from Windows like normal (I was able to do that fine when I had it set up to boot ERD). I'm having lots of fun trying to figure out how to get a boot loader onto it so I have options to choose from. My goal is to have basically an "all in one" diagnostics and repair tool.

Is this even possible? I'm sure there is a way to choose between DSL and ERD Commander - I just can't figure it out. I at least want to have that done....it would be a huge bonus if I could direct it to boot from the C drive in a menu option off the USB flash though.

Space isn't an issue on the drive. ERD only takes up about 250megs, and DSL is pretty small as well.

Does this make any sense? I will be doing all the configuring through WinXP SP3

Any help or advise would be great.
