Unhappy USB DSL Modem

I have a Westell Dual Connect DSL modem. I have no network card so i just use the USB connection, problem is with linux redhat 9, i dont know how to set it up. ca sumone please help me out. And if you could, Email it to me at, But if its too much trouble jut post it here. Thanx Jesse.

C'mon. Someone please help me, I wanna get outta windows for good. But since i can't connect to the net in Linux i have no other chice but to...well.......use Windows. So PLEASE help me out.
