usb 3-1: device not accepting address, error -71

I use fedora core 6. My motherboard: DQ965GF

I get this error during startup:
usb 3-1: device not accepting address, error -71
What does this mean?

To my surprise all my usb drives work properly.

Thanks in advance.

Why doesn't USB work at all? I get "device not accepting address"
I get this all the time but everything works, don't worry.
