Hi!

is there a way to add a rpm database like rpmfind.net to urpmi?!

i want to install transcode from rpm but there are thousands
of dependecies

or can i list all dependecies?

for an easy way of adding rpm repositories go to
http://plf.zarb.org/~nanardon/urpmiweb.php
I would add contrib,p plf and maybe trexstar. If the rpms are available from these sources, urpmi will take care of the dependencies.

You can't add rpmfind.net since that's basically just a search engine.

i hate to watch for thousands of dependencies
urpmi is a cool tool why dosnt have all distro that?
combined with a good rpm database
