At the very least you need to tell us what distribution you're using. You should also tell us what commands you used to run the update and any other information you think may be relevant.
In any case, updates sometimes experience temporary conflicts because some packages get updated faster than others. Often you just have to let some packages wait until all the necessary dependencies get pushed through the system. If you try again a few days later they usually work themselves out.
And please read the first link in my signature below. Thanks.

please help as soon as possible its urgent
Don't flag your posts as urgent. This isn't a hurry for anyone but you..we volunteer our time here, so telling us to hurry is very rude.
If it's so urgent, you could have looked the error up on Google, or provided complete information when you posted the question. You can either force the package load, or follow the other suggestions you were given. Also, write clearly..."following error is coming"??????

I wouldn't worry too much about this last point. This kind of wording is very common among non-native speakers. That and the user name indicates to me that English is not his first language.
As pointed out, it's the information content that's important. We need to know the details in order to properly diagnose the problems and provide solutions.

Never hurts to ask. Sometimes it's easy to get around, some questions are english only in the words used, not in the arrangement of them in the question.
