URGENT!!! how to recover data from command rm -rf?


i were delete a files for this command 'rm -rf abc'
how can i recover it ???
please help urgent!!!!!

First, don't do anything that would write to the disk. The file should be recoverable--one of the threads gilead referred to will have more help.

working in a terminal (command line), there is no "trash" or "undo"
