Please use a proper thread title.

Can you log in on a console (Ctrl-Alt-F1) or ssh to your machine?

This is most likely a hardware issue... possibly faulty memory or a failing hard disk.

On another subject.. the title of your post really needs to reflect your actual problem, that way more people are likely to look at it

cheers

You can do a mem test for your machine. This option should most probably be available in your grub. Also as suggested, you need to use better titles for the threads. And using Urgent is utter rude.
Read This.

fedora 12 hangs after 30 minutes

This is an old problem. The thread in the title is on page one here.

How do you expect anyone to be able to help you? You provide no useful information....nothing about your hardware, what you're doing when the error(s) occur, anything you found in the log files, etc. Kind of like taking your car to a mechanic, and saying "URGENT! My car won't go! What's wrong???" Have to give SOME details, symptoms, etc., but most of your threads are like this.

Provide details, and don't tell us to hurry...this isn't urgent for anyone but you
