Urgent help

Hi, I'm new to Vmware, BackTract 4. Can't get my Realtek RTL 8188SU installed. Though it's inserted, the command "iwconfig" results in no wireless device. Help for the driver and proper installation will be highly appreciated. Thanks.

How is this in any way urgent? Please use decent thread titles in the future.

You, like many others who asked this question before you here,
will have to live w/ the fact that virtualisation platforms like
VMWare or VirtualBox DON'T expose the WiFi adapter. Hence
you get the error message.
