Hello, this is my question: How to connect my hp photosmart 2610 to my linux program computer, the package has a windows CD and a Macintosh CD, which one am I suppose to use? or do I need to do something else. Waiting for answer thank you.

what Distro are you using? Many of the distros come with most of the printer drivers out there. I have an HP1020 and I just plugged it in and worked.
If for some reason your distro doesn't have the drivers google it my friend and you will find them.

It looks like printing should not be a problem using CUPS:

I am confident that CUPS is already installed on your linux distribution.
