did not affect at all is there something wrong i already started the daemon :( help me

please do not mark threads as urgent, instead try to use useful titles which give an insight into the issues you are facing.

Why tcpwrappers exactly? You could just stop the daemon..

Also check that your hosts.allow doesn't allow them to work.
