You gotta take it to the shop and get a hardware person to fix it.

I'm assuming here thet you've been and reseated all the cables?

Don't Panic

While I am not famiiar with your particular model printer, I can say that 90% of all printers can be placed online/offline with the press of a button. Check your buttons or control panel. It is highly unlikely that your cartridge is at fault unless you forced it into somewhere it didn't belong. Moving the carriage, while either on or off, would not make a difference. Take a deep breath and start over. It is probably something simple. One last thing. If you are really convinced it is a bad ink cartridge then just put the old one back in to test the theory. I'll try and keep an eye on this in case you run into more trouble or want to post more detail.

welcome to lq
Hope you can fix your printer.
Sorry do not know model
have a look at the troubleshoot section of the printer manual,
step by step, this may help as well

just take a look at the lq rules when you have a chance
(and think of a better title next time.)

Good luck
