upload with terminal?
 
salmo allikm wa rhmat allah wa brakato

i attached file in email using terminal(mutt)

but i want to upload folder on my server with terminal , script
and don't know how start
can help to what read and it easy to do it

when do ssh localhost

Use ftp then. If you google for 'ftp clients linux', you'll find a list of available applications, both command line and GUI.
The one I use is lftp. If you decide to use it google provides lots of tutorials.

Turn on ssh on the server and allow port 22 for incoming connections on the firewall. That way you can use ssh, which is very secure.
