Upgrading? : Slackware 9 to 9.1
 

Hello, I was wondering how do I update anyway? :) That and how do I use the LinuxQuestions kernal?

thats taken straight from a directory listing of the contents of a slack 9.1 cd...did you try reading that yet? if so what were your problems?

i have no idea what your talking about on that one...but if you are referring to simply upgrading your kernel then look at this

About the installation, i was wondering mostly if i needed to cvs or whatnot..but i guess i need to download both new CDs again im guessing..?

Also you can use swaret to do it. You'll have to download it first and then change an option in the /etc/swaret.conf file. There are instructions in that file I believe.

I guess that's just an alternative if you have a high speed connection.
