Upgrade Redhat 9 to Fedora 10 on Dell Poweredge 15000 Rack Server

Is it possible to upgrade or install fresh without overwriting website HTTPDoc file directory?

Yes - provided you had the foresight to place that directory on it's own partition. Otherwise your only option is to back it up and put it in after the install. For that matter - back it up anyway.

Note: there is no way to upgrade to f10 from RH9 at all. You must do a clean install.

If this is primarily a server machine - you are better advised to consider RHEL or CentOS for this role. fedora tends to change about a lot - though a minimal install should be sufficiently feature-stable.
