Read the "Question Guidelines" link in my posting signature. Posting a verbatim (mostly) error message with ZERO context behind it, tells us nothing. And have you read the Kali sticky post, and the guides on Kali's website? Because Kali is for EXPERIENCED Linux users, and then only for network security/pentesting purposes. Are you an experienced Linux user? Why do you want to load/use Kali?
That message is because you either haven't loaded the GPG key, or haven't loaded the repository correctly. Since you say nothing about what you've done to get to this point, we don't know which. And since you're using Kali, you're an experienced Linux user, you should have already done basic research about that error, and have read the many suggested solutions.
