Update help

I use debian 6.0.8 but I cant update it. When I try it says "filed to fetch blah blah" Please help me to update.

Please describe exactly what you wish to achieve, why you wish to achieve it, how you are attempting to do so, and exactly what happens when you do that.
If English is your second language then please just show any errors you see in quote tags.

Your apt sources are not all available. Look in /etc/apt/sources.list and make sure the apt sources are correct. If you have cdrom lines, comment those out. You also must be connected to the Internet.

I used to use virtualbox for login to paypal and make payments but chromium browser is out of dated and not supported for paypal new layout. So I want to update chromium. Therefore I need to update.

The paypal account I've created is not in my country. When I try to login with other OS, paypal wants to call/text me. I dont have that number. I cant solve this problem in that way.

What version are you using? From what I see here, if (by some chance) you're using Wheezy (and want to install Chromium via Debian's repositories,) then the latest version available is 37.0.2062.120-1. You would need to upgrade to at least Jessie to get any version newer than that. You might be able to install the latest version using a the .deb packages, however, you will most likely need to upgrade the dependencies as well, which might (or might not) create problems. ;)

If you're using "Squeeze," please note that this version of Debian is no longer supported. If you can and if there would be no complications experienced on your system (such as sluggishness or lag,) please consider backing up your files and installing a newer version of Debian.

It appears some of the addresses (or servers) listed are down or no longer available. This is to be expected if you're using "Squeeze," as it's no longer supported.

It's either squeeze or wheezy, not squeezy, as you have in sources.list.

i would install debian 8 if you are still using 6

6 is rather old and upgrading to 7
then upgrading 7 to 8

a lot of things can break
