up2date will not work!

i am having a problem using up2date
when i try to register on the red hat network i click next then i am supposed to see some kind of privacy notes but only i see a blank white page so i click next, then i choose my username +pass e.t.c. and then continue e.t.c then it builds a list of installed RPM packages and then i choose next and then again next and then i see a popup,
problem registering username.

i do have internet connection and i can view sites
i have red hat 9.
please help me!

I'm not that familar with Redhat any more, but did you do this?
