unzip an exe

im trying to install ndiswrapper the page from which im following instructions says that i need to unzip the .exe of windows drivers but how do i do this?

If it's a self-extracting zip, you can unpack it with wine. Install wine if necessery and run

wine file.exe

There are zip/unzip utilities for Linux as well. Search first your distribution repositories for packages, if not, google for it.

from the command line, try (man) zip and (man) unzip
