Unistall GRUB and reinstall Ubuntu

Hello,

I am vary new to Linux and have a question with how to Unistall GRUB and then reinstall Ubuntu along with my Existing Kali Linux

Here is my situation

I have cleared the partition for the old Ubuntu that I had

I currently have Kali Linux

I would Like to reinstall Ubuntu

but when booting the bootloader or GRUB comes up with no option in the BIOS for boot from CD, to use my old Ubuntu disk to reinstall.

sorry total noob at this, and sorry if I have terminology incorrect.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You have to get into the BIOS before grub starts - when you see the makers splash screen, use the key indicated. Quickly.
Else try <Esc>, or <Del> or F2, F10, F12.

Different for each manufacturer - just keep trying.

I was able to get into the BIOS but did not see an option to "boot from cd"

May just be a boot-order option. Move the device that is the CD drive to the top of the list.
And leave it there permanently so you don't get caught again.

OK I got it , I just needed to sit in bios with the iso disk running for Ubuntu, then it brought me to the install screen on the disk.

AWESOME THANKS SYG00!!!
