Uninstalling programs on SuSe Linux 10.1
 
ima n00b to Linux and was wondering how I uninstall software on SuSe Linux 10.1

I assume that you used YaST to install your software. That is, you opened YaST's software installation module and selected a package from those available by placing a tick in the corresponding list. To uninstall the package again, search for it in the same list, and click the checkbox next to the package twice. The tick will turn into a garbage can, and if you proceed by clicking the bottom right button in that window, the package will be removed.

Alternatively, from the console, you can remove a package by typing "rpm -e package-name" as root.
