Uninstalling fedora core 1


i have a dual boot linux fedora core 1 and windows xp but i now would like to remove fedora core 1. Is there any easy way of doing this without just removing the partition because last time i did that my computer would not boot up PLEASE HELP

You need to remove the bootloader from the MBR. Use the XP install CD and boot to recovery mode. Then run the fixmbr utility.
Then you can remove the partitions.
