Angry Uninstall mandrake 10 (or Headache 10 in my case)

I have recently installed mandrake 10 and ive had nothing but problems.
I tried to boot up the suse linux 9.1 pro cd but it wont boot. 'I think its the mandrake bootloader but im not sure'. It does say boot from disk or something and it stays for a few seconds but i cant type anything then the bootloader comes on. And i click on the cd icon in KDE and the cd is blank. But its not. My cdrom drive is working ok because it boots and reads the mandrake cd.

Now i have messed around with the partitions, and when i boot up the computer, it boots up then when the loader should come up it says 'fatal error' or something.

I want to get rid of mandrake all together!

Am i in deep poo?
Please help!

Have you booted the SUSE CD before? There might be something wrong with it. Your BIOS reads the CD before it even takes a look at your MBR, so that should not be the problem.
