FC4 was VERY old, even a year ago. This error could come up, because the server wasn't shut down/rebooted correctly...is that the case?
Most of the time, the fsck command will be echoed to the screen, indicating what you need to type in. Usually, as twantrd said, you can just type in "fsck /dev/whatever". I usually do it with the "-a", to automatically answer yes and repair the FS. Something like "fsck -a /dev/sda1", or the like. Replace the sda1 with whatever partition needs to be checked.
And hope you have good backups...since if you're getting that error, you've either got dying hardware, or not treating the server correctly...either is bad. I'd get the latest FC, too, since 10 is current, and 11 is out soon. You're running a VERY old distro.
