Unetbootin will not execute anymore.

For some reason it simply won't execute anymore.

I even downloaded a 2nd copy (and set it as executable) but it asks what I want to open it with.

Forgot to mention I am using the latest Musix

Can't give a direct answer as I'm not familiar with Musix. I'll assume you're trying to open it from the desktop (which one?) since it's asking what to open with. Have you tried to run it from command line and if so what messages were displayed? That frequently gives more information about the problem.

From where and what version of Unetbootin is this?

Supply that information and we'll try to be more helpfull.

Tom

Well I've reinstalled Musix over top of the old one with the "Keep Files" option last night after a crash.

Since then it doesn't ask what to open it with. As a matter of fact... it does ask anything. The cursor changes to show that it is loading but nothing happens.

I've also made a post about a problem with root now having an unknown password.

I am using the newest version of unetbootin directly from their website. (471)

and Konsole did not report any errors.

This is no longer a problem for me as I have removed Musix from my machine.
