Question undo selections in dselect

I've accidentally de-selected a package in dselect which has automatically de-selected about 70 other packages - how can I undo this and leave my current system as it is?

Is there some file/database I can edit to clear the package changes?

ps. i've tried + on the package but when I go to install, it still says "70 packages will be removed"
