When you need help, please keep in mind that we DO NOT KNOWN your configuration.

Please provide us with more details (distro, OS level etc ...)

Well, you need to download the rpm including the following libs:
ibapr-0.so.0
libaprutil-0.so.0
libcrypto.so.4
liblber-2.2.so.7
libldap-2.2.so.7
libssl.so.4

For example, I've googled 'libssl.so.4' and it returns me the following rpm : openssl-0.9.7a-2.i686.rpm

So download it, install it and replay the rpm -ivh httpd-2.0.59-1.i386.rpm

Depending on what Linux distro (version) you are using, Apache may be available in the repositories using the package manager. (Always check there first.)

Given you appear to be loading an rpm, use 'yum' instead; it'll do the dependencies for you. https://access.redhat.com/kb/docs/DOC-2531
