Unable to use dual monitors in Linux Mint 18.1 on a thin client remote session using xfreerdp

Installed Linux Mint 18.1 on a Acer Thin Client, Dual monitors work great within Linux, but when using multiple different Remote clients to remote into windows remote session i have varying results. first i used remote desktop Client, i was able to get both screens working but only they were spanned, it worked but very cumbersome resizing windows.

second i tried xfreerdp which will only work won one monitor at a time.

sudo lshw -c display

Dual Monitors on Mint thinclient

Hi

I am a newby also but I saw this little article on 'ask ubuntu'

This suggests trying 'X2Go' which should be available in Mint software Repository.

Worth a try !

Good Luck
