Unable to solve ''KDE is unable to start'' problem

Hello to everyone,
Here is the issue that I am having.
When I am trying to turn on my PC, I receive the following massage:

''The following installation problem was detected while trying to start KDE:
Temp directory(/tmp) is out of disk Space
KDE is unable to start.''

I can not get access into my home directory. I use openSUSE Leap 15.1. Please, Could you mind telling how to solve this issue?

Increase the size of /tmp.

How this is done depends on your configuration. I think openSUSE uses a RAM-based filesystem for /tmp.

To access your PC, open a text terminal, probably by pressing ctl-alt-F1 or ctl-F1 or a similar key combination. Log on, then check disk space, /etc/fstab and the systemd mount units:
Code:
df -h
grep tmp /etc/fstab
systemctl list-units --type mount
With a little luck, that should provide enough information about the problem.

If you can't logon, you need to boot into single user mode first.
