Unable to restart apache

I changed path for SSL certificates and keys. After that I am unable to start apache. It give following error:

[Thu Aug 14 14:16:55 2014] [notice] suEXEC mechanism enabled (wrapper: /usr/sbin/suexec)
[Thu Aug 14 14:16:55 2014] [warn] Init: Session Cache is not configured [hint: SSLSessionCache]
[Thu Aug 14 14:19:44 2014] [notice] suEXEC mechanism enabled (wrapper: /usr/sbin/suexec)
[Thu Aug 14 14:19:44 2014] [warn] Init: Session Cache is not configured [hint: SSLSessionCache]

Any Idea why I am getting this error?

Are you sure that apache is not running?
Because there is no error in the snippet above. Just harmless warnings.
