Unable to press OK to EULAs in Terminal

I often have the problem of being unable to find any magical key combination or number of Enters that will enable a program to install itself past the EULA stage using Terminal in Ubuntu. Once the colorful EULA screen shows up in Terminal, the game's over. There seems to be no way of accepting it or getting the program to continue its installation. How do I install programs in Terminal that contain EULAs, such as GoogleEarth?

Set up the medibuntu repository, that's all that it takes to install google-earth. Check google for details.

The repository had already been accessed and the program had already been mostly installed. The problem was the colorful EULA licensing screen showing up within the terminal window with an OK at the bottom that was unaffected by the Enter key. As it turned out, the arrow keys worked, Google Earth continued installing and now works fine in Ubuntu Hardy. Thank you for the quick responses, though.
