Hello guys,

After installation, I had a bit of trouble getting TightVNC to work but now I am able to connect.

The trouble I am having is that I am unable to move any windows in the VNC. I can move the mouse over the title bar but I cannot drag this to another part of the screen. I cannot resize the window either. The cursor does not change when I hover over the title bar nor in the corners when trying to resize.

I have used VNC on other flavours of Linux without this issue so is it specific tho this install?

Does anyone know the reason for this?

Thanks for your reply. I've hunted high and low and cannot find this setting anywhere.

Whilst looking for this,I have found out something a bit strange. I have found one single window I can move; the File Manager window. I cannot resize it though and it does look different as it has a black title bar and not the white title bar as per all the others which I cannot move or resize.

I also cannot shutdown via VNC either; shutown and restart are greyed out and it will only let me log out.

I don't know whether these are all inter-related as they appear to be permission related???
